How long is the tour?
The walking tour last approximately 90 minutes and follows a relaxed pace with regular stops for storytelling, photographs and scenic viewpoints.
How far do we walk?
The route is approximately 1.3 miles along mostly flat, well-maintained pedestrian paths.
Is the walk suitable for all fitness levels?
The tour is designed to be accessible for most visitors and is completed at a comfortable pace. There are opportunities to pause and rest along the route.
Are the tours wheelchair accessible?
The route follows mostly flat and well-maintained pedestrian paths; however, some sections may present challenges depending on individual mobility needs.

Are dogs allowed on the tour?
Well-behaved dogs on leads may be permitted on private tours. When enquiring about a private tour, we will discuss arrangements in advance.
What happens if it rains?
Tours operate in most weather conditions, so please dress appropriately. In the event of severe weather and/or safety concerns, we may cancel or modify a tour. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule if mutually agreeable.
How do I get there?
Portrush Town Hall is conveniently located just a short walk from both Portrush train station (1-2mins) and the main bus station (5mins), making the tour easily accessible by public transport.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes, public parking is available within walking distance of the meeting point including on-street parking and Dunluce Avenue carpark (240 spaces).
Are private tours available?

Is the tour suitable for children?
The tour is best suited to adults and children aged 12 and over. Younger children are welcome at parental discretion. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable footwear and weather appropriate clothing. Atlantic weather can change quickly, so brining a waterproof jacket or extra layer is always advisable.
Where does the tour start and end?
Tours begin outside Portrush Town Hall. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Tours finish near Arcadia Cafe which is 0.2mile from where we started (5-6mins walk).
What is your cancellation policy?
Customers will receive a full refund or credit, minus the processing fee, with 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.
If we need to cancel a tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule if mutually agreeable.
